Mail Lost on the way to another mail server located at local network

Some of mails are lost to my office networks. Mostly to free emails can be reached. Even I checked inside my filter, there is nothing messages from that name relay. After I've added PTR record at DNS reverse zone with hostname of relay, it's ok. It has been lost coz there is no reverse zone creation for that mail relay.


And then I've edited some at Relay

And change Polling intervals per minutes ( default one is 30mins )

WorldCast Email Marketing Software Problem

It shows cannot connect to Mail Rely Server. That's why I checked at Svr. SMTP Relay works well.Headache :( What I recognized is IE inside that Email Marketing Broadcast PC has been crushed. Cannot be use. I suspect that. Some of applications are related on IE connection. That's why I try to fix it first. I tried as usual ways to remove IE. But Still cannot fix. Below is the one I fix successfully

After that, worldcast is OK!

MailDrop Module

To be avoided problems in accessing Mail Relay simultaneously from clients. We need to install Maildrop module at ClarkConnect server.



Install new module and configure under system

ClarkConnect Mail Server

(1) Download Community Edition 5.0 and Make CD

(2) Install and configure for mail svr and websvr and spamfilter

Advantage: Though we have our own mail server, we should setup this relay.Because Bounced back mails are stack at Spam filter when Marketing will brocast Advertising Email.As for me, I use this Email Server for Mail Relay and Mail advertising Only. But This Free mail Server can suppot up to 10 mail users. That's Small Offile who will have about 10 users, can use this for free. How's SAVE?
