It shows cannot connect to Mail Rely Server. That's why I checked at Svr. SMTP Relay works well.Headache :( What I recognized is IE inside that Email Marketing Broadcast PC has been crushed. Cannot be use. I suspect that. Some of applications are related on IE connection. That's why I try to fix it first. I tried as usual ways to remove IE. But Still cannot fix. Below is the one I fix successfully
