Mail Lost on the way to another mail server located at local network

Some of mails are lost to my office networks. Mostly to free emails can be reached. Even I checked inside my filter, there is nothing messages from that name relay. After I've added PTR record at DNS reverse zone with hostname of relay, it's ok. It has been lost coz there is no reverse zone creation for that mail relay.


And then I've edited some at Relay

And change Polling intervals per minutes ( default one is 30mins )
